    The Maxwell Side Face is distinguished by the presence of teeth on both the side and circumference. They come in two types
  1. Straight Teeth
  2. Staggered teeth

The staggered teeth are alternated on the left and right while the straight teeth are uniform on both sides. This prepares the cutters for different applications. The purpose of alternating is to provide additional chip space. This is important when you want to achieve deep slotting.
